Information

1. Metro Tech reserves the right to cancel classes, alter time schedules and make any other changes necessary to facilitate the instructional process.
2. Books may be picked up at time of enrollment. Most books are included with tuition. Supplies, additional books and paperwork may cost extra.
3. Fee of $25 for any returned check.
4. Prerequisites required in some classes.
5. Half-price tuition on short-term classes is offered on a space-available basis to all employees, board members and students of Crooked Oak and Oklahoma City public schools. Some classes may not apply.
6. A 10% discount is available for members of the following organizations: AIGA, OKC Ad Club and AMA. All government and education employees also qualify.
7. Breakfast and lunch are included with certification classes.
8. Certification test vouchers are included with certification classes. All vouchers and certification exams must be used within one year of class completion. Student must purchase an additional certification voucher if they require retesting.
9. Apple certification test dates will be set for students completing Apple Certified training courses.

Short-Term Refund Policy

Prior to second class meeting: full refund less $10 processing fee.
After second class meeting: NO REFUND.

Classes less than one week in duration will receive a full refund less $10 processing fee when requested prior to first class. Refunds must be requested in writing. Please allow at least three weeks for refund processing. Tuition is refundable in full if the class is cancelled by Metro Tech. Non-cancellation of enrollment will be billed at the full rate. Books and supply costs are non-refundable.
