    What time do classes begin?


    Training classes begin at 9:00 am and goes until around 4:30 pm.
    Breakfast and lunch is provided at our on campus cafeteria where you can choose from the menu or daily specials.

    What should I bring to class?


    You may bring a pen and notebook if you desire. A computer loaded with the software and student files will be provided for your use. You will also receive the training materials and working files to take home with you.

    Where can a stay if I am coming from out-of-town?


    We have provided information on a few local hotels under Lodging for your convenience. Any hotel on NW Expressway or Downtown Oklahoma City would be a good choice. You will need transportation since there are no hotels within walking distance of the training center.

    What do I wear to class?


    Whatever you find comfortable.

    What is your cancellation policy?


    If you cancel your registration within 7 days or 14 days or more prior to the class start date you will receive a full refund. You may reschedule for a later class date or substitute another employee if you are unable to attend with 5 or more days notice. We reserve the right to cancel a class should events occur beyond our control. Of course, your class payment will be refunded in full.

    What payment options do you offer?


    We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards along with Purchase Orders for approved companies. If paying with a purchase order, please send a copy as an email attachment to anita.parks@metrotech.org.

    Do you offer the Apple Certification test?


    An exam voucher is included with your tuition. Your instructor will allow you to take the certification test on the last day of class. We allow you up to one year to use your test certification voucher in our testing center. Scheduled test dates are posted on the home page of our website. If you did not attend the course in our training center or if you have already used your test voucher and need to retest the cost per test will be $150.     Do you offer the Adobe Certified Expert tests?


    No. You may schedule your test at your local Pearson testing center.

    Do you provide training on both Mac and Windows platforms?


    Yes, we have both Macintosh and Windows computers. When you register for a class, let us know which platform you prefer and we will set up your computer. A few software programs are available exclusively on a Macintosh or Windows computer.

    Do you offer on-site training at my company?


    Yes, we can do private on-site training for your employees; just contact Anita Parks at 405-595-4782 for pricing and scheduling.
